Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Etten-Leur Holland, thus within the EU and therefore there will NOT be any excess Import fees!
The final shipping prices can be seen on the checkout page where they'll show according to end destination.
Orders placed before 13.00 will usually be shipped the same day from our warehouse in Holland, providing all goods are in stock.
We use GLS, FedEx and PostNL handed over to your National Postal carrier. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to ship, right before delivery and if it is at a pickup facility you'll also be notified about this. If you've provided us with a mobile phone number you'll also receive a text message with tracking info.
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and is counted from the day after carrier pickup. However, be aware that there may be delays. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please feel free to contact us.
The specified delivery time is an estimated delivery time which in normal conditions is viable. However Vitanetshop does not guarantee a delivery within the estimated delivery time, as incidents/circumstances such as carrier breakdown or prolonged stay for rutine customs inspections may occur.
Order cancellation & Returns
You can cancel an order for free until the order has been shipped. After dispatch Vitanetshop reserves the right to charge a "restocking" fee of the shipping price or if free shipping has been obtained then 10% of the total with a minimum of 8 €. This applies to orders that are unsuccessful, rejected, returned, or have a wrong address. If a mistake is made by either Vitanetshop or the post, the fee will be waived.
